I started exploring cities and traveling at a really young age, inspired by my Grandfather, who had epic stories of the road from his time as a Broadway and traveling stage actor. I do now for work what I would do if I wasn’t working: get to know places inside and out. And, when I’m not working, I am lugging my wife and three daughters all over Denver and the western U.S.
Director of Strategic Accounts
A passion for compounding the value of marketing, business development and branding, has afforded me the opportunity to travel the globe and view the world through different lenses. Through my experiences I've learned that business is about doing MORE with LESS and business decisions are ultimately made based on competing satisfactions.
Creative Services Director
Though I grew up in Colorado, much of my life has been spent traveling and exploring new places. My family’s business took us all over the world, from Guatemala to Thailand, making me feel right at home living out of a suitcase or sleeping on an airplane. My favorite part of my travels is the ability to experience and explore a new culture through food. This love extends to my life right back here in Denver where I spend the majority of my out-of-office time trying new restaurants, experimenting with new recipes and working in my garden.
Born and raised in Akron Ohio, moving to Colorado was an experience I couldn’t wait to live. Loving everything outdoors, and not willing to give up the seasons, the mountains were a natural fit. Having worked in account service for 13 years, I have a passion for meeting new people and exploring new places and Atlas is the perfect catalyst for me to achieve this. As an organizational enthusiast, I enjoy keeping projects on track, developing strategic marketing plans and ensuring productivity.
Senior Art Director
My educational background is in commercial art and social sciences and I’m continually advancing my knowledge in diverse realms—from neuroscience and social psychology to motion graphics and responsive design. I value function over form, and excel at balancing both. I’m most happy when I can utilize both the strategic and creative sides of my brain. Luckily, my job allows me to do both in most every challenge that comes my way.
Senior Account Manager
I’d say I’m best defined by my love for animals. Six dogs and three chickens inhabit my household, and I spend a lot of time caring for (and loving!) my crazy pets. While not careening animals, my passion can be found in project management: ensuring client projects are completed on time, on budget, and with superb attention to detail and creativity, working with clients, as well as our internal teams, to better processes and procedures for optimal business flow, and being the loudest, most welcoming guy in the office!
My first memories were crafted on the islands of the Philippines and on the island of Guam but my family eventually immigrated and made new beginnings in the small town of Cheyenne, WY. After High School I went on to study design and photography in Denver and spent some time road tripping up and down the west coast. I landed my first job at a digital design agency in NYC where I spent 4 years working and exploring all that the east coast had to offer. From beach houses on Cape Cod and Fire Island to Chinatown bus rides to Boston and Washington DC, I fully enjoyed the east coast but ultimately decided to move back to Denver to balance out the big city chaos and to find new opportunities.
Business Development Associate
My journey began in the magical city of Cleveland, Ohio, but like many Colorado transplants the yearning to live a life full of sun, snow and adventure was strong. So I packed my bags, started the car engine and still haven’t looked back. Since then I have had the good fortune to travel all over the country and world, with Denver, and Atlas as the perfect anchor to my travels. Atlas allows me to do what I love everyday. At Atlas I engage with the different places l cherish while connecting with people and figuring out what makes them tick. I love working with clients on a daily basis helping showcase and promote the places they love most!
Senior Account Manager
Growing up in Pittsburgh, spending four years in Ithaca, three in New York City, and now living in Denver, experiencing new cities is something I love to do. I think each city I've lived in has helped shape who I've become and the values I find important. Every city offers new opportunities and experiences, but no matter which one I'm in, I'll always be a Steeler's fan.
I am transplant to Colorado via Florida. After living for almost three decades in humidity and with flat terrain, Denver was a welcome return to the concept of four actual seasons, much like those of my childhood in Maine. I am a restoreaholic and can’t pass up a neglected piece of furniture.
As a former journalist, my past experience covering real estate, economic development and finance lends a unique perspective to the work I do at Atlas. That background is supplemented by my interest in experiencing new places. Originally from New Jersey, I’ve been lucky to spend time living across the country and the world—from Copenhagen, Denmark to New York City, the Nebraska Panhandle and now Denver. Outside of the office I enjoy fly fishing, skiing, exploring my newfound interest in climbing, and cheering on the New York Rangers.
Having grown up in scenic southwest Arkansas and spending my college years in St. Louis, Missouri, the importance of tourism and economic development in communities and cities both small and large hits very close to home. As a Project Manager here at Atlas, I have the pleasure of speaking with clients on a day-to-day basis and making sure that they have everything they need to keep their communities thriving. A self-proclaimed list-addict, I do my best to make sure projects are completed on time and on budget.
When I’m not in the office, I’m likely exploring all the beauty Colorado has to offer with my little family and our bulldog, Eleanor Rigby, or working towards my next great culinary discovery in the kitchen.
Having grown up in Colorado, I am one of the few natives at Atlas, and I pride myself on being an advocate for the Centennial State. Although not having moved far since childhood, I’ve journeyed to places far and wide, making my love of (new & unique) places a perfect addition to Atlas’ team of place marketing enthusiasts. Working in sales and marketing in a variety of industries for the past six years, my roles have varied, but the constant has always been the development of content – content for the web, for print campaigns, for agency and client blogs, social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and much more. With a passion for creating compelling content, acute attention to detail skills, and a love for engaging people through words, I really thrive as a writer, especially here at Atlas.
